Combining Scalp Exercise and Scalp Massage

Hello guys,
I've been recently doing my research on the topic of hair loss, as you know.
When it comes to scalp laxity, Tom suggested there are two main components of it: the ability of the scalp to slide (SE promotes this) and the ability of the scalp skin to be more elastic - easier to pinch or to stretch. I think scalp massage can promote the latter. And that's not even the greater benefit of it. It increases blood flow, so hair follicles are always provided with nutrients and it may stimulate even a better lymphatic drainage, which is essential to prevent inflammation, accumulation of dangerous toxins etc.
And there's been a study on the effects of scalp massage on hair thickness. One of the co-authors is Rei Ogawa, which Tom referred to here http://www.hairloss-reversible.com/mech ... rei-ogawa/
One of the main results: analysis of the DNA after 6 months (4 minutes of massage a day) showed the up-regulation of 2655 genes and the down-regulation of 2823. Between the up-regulated ones, there are many related to hair growth. One of the down-regulated is known as IL6, associated with hair loss. Hair thickness also increased (0.085 ± 0.003 mm vs 0.092 ± 0.001 mm).
Considering this, I'm thinking about integrating scalp massage in my "hair health program", alternating it with the SE.
What are your thoughts?
