Hair awful still mass shedding. Hair everywhere is miniturisef even nose hair. Hair not growing. Ridges on nails. Just discovered my morning cortisol is below normal range. Dr did blood test last year said i was fine. He should have done saliva. Idiot. Dont know wat it means in terms of my hair. I am surprised i have not ended my life over this loss. Maybe that is still to come.

Here I am again, still loosing too much hair, all my hair all over my body the same... less of it and finer all the time...regrowth happens nut it is finer. When I got my ferreting up I did notice regrowthbut not enough and not thick fine as well....I was also vita d deficient been supplementing for 2 months with that... no improvement.so very freaking sad

Should also give update on tablets taking now: last 2 months b12 folate vita d magnesium k2 every day
Iron once R twice a week... it took alot of iron to get my ferreting up for 6 months to a level of 98
