Neck tension and hair loss

One of the first books I read on MPB was "Mai più calvi" (= "Never more bald") of the italian man Giovanni Serri Pili. He claimed that he was nearly bald and then grew back his hair by contracting the frontalis muscle (and by so, moving the scalp as it happens in Tom's Scalp Exercise) and by taking obsessive care of his body posture.

Some of the evidence for this theory is unfortunately naive (example: women have better postures so they suffer less hair loss), but as far as I know he did really grow back his hair, so he may had found a piece of the big puzzle of hair loss causes.

Now I'd like to know if neck tension and a really bad posture (see the picture I uploaded), in your opinion, can have an effect in terms of hair loss, as Serri Pili claimed.
