I recently re-read your nutrition page, & particularly the part about not combining dairy & fruit. I have been topping my oatmeal up at breakfast time with berries & a chunk of grapefruit each morning, thinking I was starting with a big breakfast & healthily! but it seams I was wrong. For the last two or three days now I have had the fruit later in the morning, & I have noticed quite a difference. I had low energy levels for some years, & put it down to B12 levels & getting older, energy levels have now improved, a BIG THANK YOU to you & your website.
