I make sure to eat some beef liver at least once a month. Beef liver, and other kinds of liver too, is loaded with vitamins and minerals that vegans are usually short on. I eat other types of meat also but really not in huge quantities. My diet is mostly vegetable based. I like salads, steamed vegetables, and fresh vegetables too. I never (well, almost never) eat really big meals though. I prefer to eat three or four small meals each day.
