I could go on and on about my theories about hair loss (i regrew most of my hair, just working on my frontal hairline) i never really had any issues with my hair when i drank milk religiously. I think it's simply because white people just digest milk better? i also have a lot of friends in my fraternity that drink milk religiously and have no signs of hair loss. i think my main causes were dht and body building.
Anyways, i'm really just curious what your yes/no opinion is to eating wheat and drinking milk?

A small number of people are allergic to cow's milk. Sometimes the reaction is mild; sometimes it's severe. But you're probably not concerned with an allergic reaction. You're concerned with "lactose intolerance." The two problems are entirely different. A milk allergy is an overreaction of your immune system to a protein in milk. A milk intolerance has nothing to do with the immune system. If you are lactose intolerant your body is not producing the enzyme lactase, the enzyme that breaks down lactose, the form of sugar found in milk and milk products.

Lactose intolerance is not common among people descended from white northern Europeans. It's extremely common among people with an African or Asian descent, American Indians too.

I read William Davis' book Wheat Belly a few months ago and was impressed with it. There are about 3,500 customer reviews of this book on Amazon, most of which are five-star reviews. Take a look at Dr. Davis on YouTube. I think his views on eating wheat products make complete sense. He thinks wheat products are mostly harmful to one's health, and that includes one's hair health. Look at the video or read the book and make up your own mind.

Would you list products containing wheat to be avoided.

Dr. Davis claims that whole wheat bread is just as bad for one's health as white bread. But he is definitely down on processed wheat goodies like pies, cakes, cookies, cereals, and pretzels. He also doesn't think much of breaded delicacies like fish sticks and chicken nuggets. But to list the products containing wheat and gluten would take many boring pages.

Hey, I have to answer my door. The pizza guy is here with my order.
