Hi Tom,

What is your view on eating dried fruit & nuts?

Nuts like walnuts, cashews, and almonds are a great source of omega-3 fatty acid and minerals like copper and manganese. Of course they are high in calories so don't down too many of them.

Dried fruit adheres to the crevices and grooves of your teeth. This will cause cavities and decay if you do not remove the sticky substances by thoroughly brushing and flossing your teeth. I like raisins but I always use dental floss after I eat them.

Tom, do you think it makes a difference to your hair whether the nuts are roasted or raw ?
