Re: Strong Diffuse Hair Loss. DUPA, TE, ? Pictures included.

I looked carefully at the six photos you posted. The good news is that you have only thinning, not balding. I see no bald spots in your hair. Perhaps your diet and the weight loss contributed to the thinning, but your weight loss was only minimal. The weight loss that causes telogen effluvium is usu...

Re: In order to do the Scalp Exercise correctly, do I have to be able to move the Occipitalis muscles independently?

Send me an email by going to my Contact page on the Hairloss-Reversible website. I'll then send you my email address where you can send the video. Send me two videos: One from a side view of you doing the alternating contraction of both the frontalis and occipitalis. In the second video I'd like to ...

Re: In order to do the Scalp Exercise correctly, do I have to be able to move the Occipitalis muscles independently?

Being able to move the occipitalis muscle, two muscular slips at the back of the head, is an indication that you are doing the scalp exercise correctly. Occips.gif The scalp will always move a bit when you contract the frontalis muscle at the front of the head, but I don't think that this small move...

Re: Nutritional Deficiency and Hair Loss

Tapered ends of hair means that the hair has never been cut. When short hair that has never been cut starts to fall out, it is a sign of short cycling. This could indicate impending pattern baldness. But you said that, "I have been sprouting new short, thick hair around my crown where my fringe...

Re: Nutritional Deficiency and Hair Loss

Hair follicles are sensitive to good nutrition and to bad nutrition. The hair of people who have long-term bad eating habits like those suffering from anorexia usually have weak, stringy hair; the hair of people who have nutritious eating habits often have luxuriant hair. Now that you're eating habi...

I looked at the ingredients for Solgar Brewer's Yeast. It looks like the real thing. The next time I order brewer's yeast I'm going to try Solgar's.

Re: Hair falling out after Nizoral use, please help.

So basically, I had been using 1% Nizoral on my hair every day for a whole week. You didn't know that what was in the container was Nizoral, but shampooing the hair every day with any product is probably way too much. You also "use lots of hair waxes and pomades and such." It might be bes...

Re: [VIDEO] SE from side view, front view and top view

most of the guys with thinning hair are guys on steroids. That is a good point. I would never ask these balding bodybuilders if they are on steroids. But I seriously doubt if one develops those massive proportions without them. It probably is the anabolic steroids that are causing the loss of hair,...

Re: Gut Microbiota

I sometimes get Vlasic Old Fashioned Sauerkraut at Walmart. It's under two dollars for a big bottle (32 fl. oz.) I like it but it's not my favorite food. It's hard to find Yogurt with live and active cultures. I found two types of this product at Kroger. The kind I now like best is Stonyfield Whole ...

Re: [VIDEO] SE from side view, front view and top view

but I found miniaturized hair on the back of my head too. Is it a normal case of male pattern baldness? Miniaturized hair (vellus hair, peach-fuzz hair) is always found on the scalps of people with male pattern baldness. It's not often found on the back of a person's head though unless way down on ...
