You guys are lucky. I lose hair and don't even feel any itch.
At least you can use the itch to monitor the situation.

Re: Serri Pilli: another demonstration of Tom's method
Keep in mind that his book is really old. Science was not as advanced back then.
I can excuse him for some inaccuracies since hair loss research was nowhere near where we are today.

Serri Pilli: another demonstration of Tom's method
Giovanni Serri Pilli was an italian writer who wrote a book titled "Never Bald Again" or "Mai Piú Calvi" in italian. In his book, Giovanni explains why we go bald. He places an extreme importance to the frontalis and occipital muscles. Basically, he says that he noticed how baldi...

Re: Still can't move my ears/occipitals like this
I'm starting to think that maybe i'm wasting my time. Look at this video. https://youtu.be/L9OfVBoRyKk Look at this kid moving his ears with this trick. Well. I do this same trick and my ears don't move. I raise my frontalis, ears don't move. I smile as wide as i can, ears don't move. I do the same ...

Re: Still can't move my ears/occipitals like this
Yeah, i won't be satisfied until i can do it like he does. It's really really freaking hard though. Learning to how move atrophied muscles is no joke. I'm starting to think i really haven't isolated my scalp muscles at all. I'm probably not even doing the scalp exercise right, i need to learn how to...

Re: What about the results?
I don't know if it will work. But since i started the SE, my hair looks more healthy, it grows more easily (before it would stop growing once it reached a certain length), some tiny vellus are starting to grow and a couple of them are even going terminal VERYYYY SLOWLY and my scalps feels healthier ...

Re: What inspired me to try the SE
I don't think we'll get answers in our lifetime. Baldness is still seen as a joke, no doctor ever takes the plea of a young balding man seriously. Just because a disease can't kill you, it doesn't mean it won't have lasting physicological effects. That's what people and medicine won't understand. As...

What inspired me to try the SE
Just sharing this interesting story. The reason i decided to stick with the SE as a "hair loss remedy" is purely a personal one. I could've chosen any other treatment, since the hair loss market is flooded with snake oils and useless garbage. Ever since i was a kid, i saw wrinkles as somet...

Re: Is really the occ/front muscles contraction *alternate*?
I noticed that i'm shedding thinner hairs ever since i started the SE. I hope these hairs will get replaced by thicker hairs. I usually shedded both thick and thin hairs before, now almost every one looks thin. Also i have some hairs that don't grow past a certain length, probably MPB's fault. Well,...
