Re: Long term scalp exerciser

Hey! Thanks for your testimonial. I've got a question for you: are you still taking the biotin supplement? If no, for how many months/years did you take it? I had a problem too with an acne medication, it might have hurt my hair the last year.

Re: My hair health program (with regular updates)

Well, I forgot to mention a clear change I noticed in my hair. Many, many people are asking how my hair appears to be so erected, as if I had some kind of electric shock. I never mention the scalp exercise when I comment this effect, but I think it has something to do with it.

Re: My hair health program (with regular updates)

Here I am, four months after my last update. I've been doing the scalp exercise for eight months now. I managed to eat healthy but I still have to make scalp massage a regular habit, so my "hair health program" still needs some improvement. I still have a bit of dandruff, nothing alarming, and my sc...

Re: 10 months SE

Use natural shampoos, get plenty of sleep and exercise, try some months of daily scalp massage. I read you seem to be having some improvements - but if, as you said, baldness is advancing, you're still not doing enough. These are my tips.

Re: 8+ months SE

Is this a good or bad thing? It's definitely a good thing. Angiogenesis means new capillaries, in this case around your hair follicles. The nutrients they bring with blood are fundamental for hair growth. However, I don't think this is enough to reverse baldness. But you know, "every great journey ...

Re: are dandruff and androgenic alopecia related?

I suggest you to do some research on how sleep affects our wellbeing - hormones and hair included. You'll be surprised and highly motivated to get better sleep.

Re: are dandruff and androgenic alopecia related?

Singhisking, what about sleep? Do you sleep enough? Have you a sleep deprivation problem? That would be awful for your health, not just hair.

Re: My hair health program (with regular updates)

Hi guys, here's my third and last update for 2016. I've been doing the scalp exercise religiously for the last 4 months. I'm exercising regularly and eating nutritious and healthy. Tons of fruits and vegetables, fewer and fewer sugar. I've also added 10 minutes of scalp massage to my routine in the ...

2 questions on the anti inflammatory diet

Hi Tom I want to ask you two questions about the anti inflammatory diet. In your article on that topic you suggest that dried fruit has a high glicemic index, so it should be avoided or at least limited. But in Italy with "dried fruit" ( = "frutta secca") we refer to both the fruit you see in the ph...

Re: Combining Scalp Exercise and Scalp Massage

I'm happy that this regimen works for you.
I noticed too that scalp exercise after message is sensational. It's so relaxing, feels like your scalp is waking up or it's getting hydromassage.
