Glad to see you're doing well Davey. Personally I think you look just fine.

Re: I think i'm doing progress

Vegeta's a character from the anime Dragonball Z, known for his prominant widows peak that looks like his temples have completely receeded, although the hair on his crown is sticking up so impossibly high (it's anime after all) it's often overlooked. He's not actually going bald in series, that's ju...

Re: 14 MONTHS of SE, right before a haircut

I can prove that false right now. My dad had zero hair loss when he was my age, and well into his 50s before he started losing any. At early 60s he's got major diffuse loss. One of the reasons I was so taken a back because I figured I'd be like him and wouldn't start losing hair until I was getting ...

Re: A shed/thinning 1 year into SE?

I think it just depends on your hair.

I have to at least rinse my hair ever day, MAYBE I can get away with 2 days but after that it becomes excessively greasy and terrible.

Re: My story.

I will tell you right now that's BS. As someone who keeps their semen on lock down and has minimal to no lustful thoughts (to the point where I think I might be Asexual) and while my hair loss isn't as horrific or aggressive as some other's, I've still got it.

Re: My story.

It's funny you keep mentioning smoking Tom, because of my group of friends, all of whom are early 30s, the one guy that smokes is the only one that doesn't have hairloss to some degree.

Re: My story.

By feel, I mean a spot where I could feel my scalp there when I checked it with my hands and was "dipped" lower than the sorounding area I now can't feel the scalp and it's raised higher.

I didn't check visually. Like I said I wouldn't know what to compare it too.

Re: My story.

So update. After about 2 months of giving up soda and trying a healthier diet along with suppliments, and I feel pretty good. But I don't know if my hair is improving. My scalp though certainly feels much more alive that it's been in years. It feels like there's more little hairs growing in my thin ...

Re: My story.

Yeah that was it. I dunno. But I was told to try twice a day when you first get up and before you go to bed while having proper nutrients for hair growth in order for it to actually work. It does seem to feel like something's happening up there shortly after but it could be all in my head. Some Peop...

Re: My story.

I walk-run on a treadmill 45 min to an hour almost every day. I'm a bit overweight though so I guess I have to add more to my regimen. I will say this. I still haven't figured out the SE yet. But between cutting out soda and other junk, a more hair healthy diet and trying that fingernail rubbing thi...
