Re: Contraction of Occipitalis

That is good to know Nonie :) I am pretty sure the same thing is happening to me. I am contracting both muscles but not getting any movement with my ears. Is that possible? I have read many posts where Tom says it isn't ! What is your input on this Tom?

Re: Contraction of Occipitalis

I have been doing the SE without frowning for the last few days and I think it is going much better and the vertical lines between my brows seem to be much better. I wasn't attributing the vertical lines i had to the SE because i had them before i started to do the exercise. However, I still do not ...

Re: Contraction of Occipitalis

I think you are right...after reading through a lot of the posts, it seems that frowning is counter-productive. I am not sure why that happens... After about three years of doing the SE, I think I may have been contracting my neck muscles along with my occipitalis muscle. Does that weaken the contra...

Contraction of Occipitalis

Tom, I have been doing the scalp exercises for quite some time now, maybe three years or so..... like I have said before they really help with growth in the back. I still am struggling with the top of my scalp. However, ever since starting to take iron supplements every other day and doing the exerc...

Dermaroller

Tom, I have been on this site for awhile and since I am completely sold on the idea of increasing blood supply to the scalp as being a great aid in growing hair, I wanted to run this by you. Have you ever heard of the dermaroller. It is a hand held tool that has needles that people are using as an a...

Dear Tom, I wanted to update you about my situation. I have been on your website for three years now and have done the scalp exercise religiously. I have gained significant improvement on my sides and back however my crown is still to follow. I had very low iron and serum ferritin and am just starti...

Re: 6 months SE

I am a 32 year old female who has been doing the scalp exercises for about three years. I have achieved great improvement in the sides and back. However, the front and top have continued to thin. I have not gained success with them. Has any other women experienced similar results? I understand what ...

Re: The truth about the SE from a veteran of 3 years.

I have also been doing scalp exercises for about two and a half years and have had great success with all of my hair except for the frontal area. I am a 32 female and feel like this area is starting to be affected by hair loss. I do the scalp exercises everyday, two times a day for about fifteen min...

Re: Is my diet OK ?

Dear Tom, I spent many years not eating red meat and it took a toll on my ferritin stores and started to have many symptoms of low iron: dizzy, tired, cold, and ofcourse hair loss. I started taking iron supllements two months ago and most of symptoms are gone- even my hair loss. I loss less than hal...

Re: terminal hairs falling

I do not have any pictures pre SE, so it would be kind of senseless to just post some post SE. But I can tell you with complete honesty, that the SE do work!!!
