Shampoo
Hi Tom, After recently discussing with you over email that you use shampoo once a week. I was wondering if this shampoo which I currently have is ok to use? https://www.amazon.co.uk/Avalon-Organics-Rosemary-Volumizing-Shampoo/dp/B00854KNU0/ref=bmx_4/258-3005897-7534160?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B00...

Re: Correlation between hair growth and other factors
What I've researched already on HGH is that it promotes healthy hair growth as well as good muscular growth. I wondered what your views were on that theory. Dr Mercola's hair doesn't seem to be affected by HGH. I haven't yet researched his dietary view point or why he seems to take extreme measures...

Re: Washing hair
Do you wash it with water for the other days? Or just let you natural oils get to it?

Re: Washing hair
Also, what ingreadiants in shampoo should you avoid? And would it be ok to use a conditioner that "refreshes and stimulates the scalp".

Washing hair
How much do you think you should wash your hair? If you don't use shampoo everyday, what should you do? Do you leave it? Wash it with water, put oils ?
Please could you tell me what you do, and any tips on what you should do?
Thanks

Blow drying
Tom,
does blow drying your hair, with a hair curler brush, damage your hair? I know that heat can damage your hair. But blow drying it with a brush is obviously going to take some hairs out whilst doing it. Is that ok? Or would you say blow drying is a no go?

What do you think of "masks", like the musturd powder, egg yolk and oil. Them sort of things on your hair for say 15 minutes... Have you heard form them to be any good? I think the musturd powder can increase the blood circulation.

Your opinion on another method
Tom,
Have you heard of the ferox method? I've been reading about it on some forums and seen that people say it works.
What do you think?
