Re: My story...about to start SE

Odin,

Makes sense that their contraction would bring the scalp back. However, I just took a second look at Tom's video and it does seem to move forward beyond the resting position.

Re: My story...about to start SE

Tom:

I purchased the Cod Liver Oil and Brewyer's yeast from Lewis Labs (which actually has a pretty good taste to it). Do you think taking a daily multivitamin on top of that would do me any harm?

Re: Long distance running lowers testosteron to 15 yr old le

28 year old runner Alan Webb is also balding pretty badly too. it's very confusing. Propecia lowers DHT, but increases T --> hair growth Heavy Weight lifting increases T --> hair loss running to endurance -> lower free t MPB is associated is with metabolic syndromes such as hypogonadism (low t) --> ...

cases of propecia reversal proves follicles are not damaged?

has anyone else found it interesting that finasteride is able to REVERSE hair loss?...as opposed to only stabilizing. This seems to validate the premise behind the SE...that hair loss is REVERSIBLE and sustainable through natural means. Its not like Fin is a growth stimulant like Minox... its a only...

Long distance running lowers testosteron to 15 yr old levels

I've read a study somewhere that said that long distance running lowered testosterone to levels approaching that of a 15 year old. Now Tom, I know your opinion is that marathon running is detrimental to our health in the long run..but what about for hair loss? Wouldn't lowering test levels, lower DH...

Re: My story...about to start SE

Thank you for your prompt reply. 1) Never have taken accutaine..only topicals 2) Honestly I intend to continue applying minox on the temple areas for atleast one more year. I think around this time i can wean off minox. I figure that once the Minox shedding ceases and if the exercises are indeed eff...

My story...about to start SE

Tom: After sifting through your site for the past couple weeks, it seems to me that your SE theory certainly has merit. With that said, I've decided to embark on a trial SE regime for the next 1-2 years in hopes of stabilizing my hair loss and possibly reversing/stabilizing my losses. I will be post...
