I give you a quick review about my 16 months with SE.
I can be sure of two things: the amount of hair in general has diminished but the hair is definitely wider and more vigorous.
In this time I also radically change my lifestyle.
My diet: Definitely leave coffee and sodas, consume 7 to 9 servings of fruits and vegetables. Almost no dairy products. And consumption approx 20 grams of brewer's yeast per day (this is key). At the same time as many seeds (sunflower, pumpkins, sesame) and dried fruits (walnut, almonds, cashew nuts) everyday.
I started to do physical activity regularly (one hour per day) about 2 months ago, during which time I improved clearly my hair's quality. I do about twenty minutes of bicycle everyday day, while at the same time I do the SE.
If Alcohol and cigarette do not stop, conspicuously lower consumption. Sporadically drink beer and smoke at most 2 cigarettes a day, being that there are days that I do not smoke at all.
I regularly massage the hair and when I do not use ketoconazole, I use a neutral shampoo.
Progress was uneven. For periods I noticed significantly better hair, then much worse, and so on. Today wearing short hair I am really satisfied with what I have and I hope to keep improving.
A point decicive: This improves with patience, the obsession with the hair (constantly combing it, count the hair that falls) was always tied to the moments in which he perceived it worse. Calm and perseverance.
Thank you all for this space, I hope you are well and forgive my English!
