Mickey, on many mornings I eat quick cook steel cut oats (about eight minutes to prepare) with some wheat germ sprinkled on top. I also add some walnuts and sliced bananas to the mix. It tastes great and it's nutritious. Blueberries are good too with this breakfast. I'm glad you asked this question.
