tom,

what type of cosmetics do you use?
what deodorant, soap, toothpaste, shampoo?

i figure that the success of the exercise my have some relation to it. some of the chemicals are harsh. can you give me the specific type of deodorant and soap you use?

I can't help you here. I don't use any deodorant because I don't smell bad (at least I hope I don't). I use just regular soap that I get at the supermarket like Dial. The type of toothpaste one uses is not important. I don't use much toothpaste when I give my teeth a fast brushing. What I'm really careful about, though, is flossing. I use unwaxed floss and floss right after every meal if I can.

Deodorant stones are the best in my opinion. I use roll-on type, no chemicals and they are very effective. People I know who have tried this would use nothing else. I have been very satisfied with this type product.
