Hi everyone, i've been doing the scalp exercise for about 5 months or so now and i've made progress. This is my original thread, so if you have questions, please see here to see if they have already been answered: http://www.hairloss-reversible.com/discus/messages/49/2352.html?1145449175 Here is the first pic, taken in march 2006. This picture is a little blury, but you can see a little bit of regrowth on the top part of the temple. The pic does give a good indication on the recession of my temple. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v92/Pakas/hair/IMGP1872.jpg This picture is dated this month, taken only moments before. I was quite amazed when i compared them together so i felt the need to show you guys. This shot is slighly more focused so you can actually see the individual hairs growing. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v92/Pakas/hair/20-5-06.jpg Andrew |

Rufio, it took about 3 months to properly control the occipitalis. |

Pat, i never did buy the cd off Tom. I am certain that i am doing it correctly though. I raise my eyebrows, then contract my occs while simultaneously relaxing my eyebrows. I get the forward/backwards motion happening. I think i might buy the cd soon, just as my small way of thanking Tom. |

Do you do the SE fast pace or slow pace Andrew? |

Well i'm not sure what counts as slow or fast, but it takes roughly 1 second to get 2 full movements of the scalp, eg forward, back, forward, back. |

Andrew: You don't have to buy the video CD to thank me. From your description I can tell that you are doing the exercise right - that is all that counts. You do not need the CD if you have learned the exercise on your own. |
