I do not get it... When I smoke a little cigarets, eat unhealthy food.. with unhealthy fat..etc.. I have more energy and more sexual desire. It also trigers my hairloss. Then when I swith to healthy foods that we consider here as heathy and when I completely stop smoking I feel much less energy, less libido.. etc.. It also stops my hairloss. I know that it may sound strange for many.. but this is not an imagination, I am not a lunatic or something.
If there were anyone who has an answer for this phenomenon I would be glad to hear that..

It's a simply answer, saturated fats, starch and sugars creates an process (which I can't scientifically explain) which has an involves of raising DHT and other bad things like higher blood sugar levels which has an effect on body and mind...of course, the more DHT you have within you the more sexual desire you will feel, it's not strange at all...that is why when you have sex you’re actually telling you’re body to convert more DHT (androgens) so that you can hit climax, and that is why if you overdo sex you exhaust you’re body and hair loss may be more induced...

An content drawn out from immortalhairs website

“Hair loss is not just rooted in DHT. DHT stimulates TGF-B1, which stimulates collagen enzymes, which further stimulate apoptosis. Cytokines such as Tumor Necrosis Factor alpha, ROS (Reactive Oxygen Species), Superoxide and stress hormones, prolactin, HTPA and other factors play an important role as well. Moreover, diet plays a strong role in how much additional DHT and the above mentioned factors will be allowed wreak havoc on your hair.

If you doubt the veracity of my statement concerning diet, try eating packaged, convenience foods day after day, especially those loaded with hydrogenated oils, sugar, fructose, corn syrup,
enriched, bleached flour-based ingredients. What you may find is that in as little as days, a strong prevalence of newly formed acne can result, and some notice of disturbance of the skin on the scalp.

Refined starches and sugars, processed oils, margarines, trans-fatty acids throw a wrench into healthy prostaglandins, enzymes related to skin and hair, liver health, hormonal balance, and various metabolic functions critical to health.

To manage most factors critical to staving off hair loss, covering the following areas are most important:

• Reducing insulin producing foods or the impact of such foods on glucose and insulin.
• Controlling overexpressed DHT
• Improving stress hormones
• Correcting metabolic cunundrums
• Reducing oxidative stress
• Improving glucose metabolism
• Optimizing thyroid function
• Normalizing estrogen metabolism
• Balancing prostaglandins
• Curtailing inflammation

I always thought that very good sex drive and energy and vitality must be considered as a healthy feature.. Now I see I have to reconsider.. but still it sounds strange that those healthy diets and staff cuts down on most vital and energic functions of the body.. but are considered as health promoting. A bit of an paradox.

No michal don't get it twisted, a good sex drive and energy, vitality is a healthy feature, fast food will make you’re life go faster...it's like giving a car a stronger fuel, it will burn faster and the engine might not run as long as if the engine was feed normal fuel or "good fuel" what you are experiencing when you eat those food may not be considered as something "good"

It also depends on what kind of "healthy food" you eat...you have to eat the right stuff...to much carb can make you sluggish, where protein from fish, grass-feed chicken and beef gives you protein which lets youre mind work...there is also different kinds of carbs...potatoes is a good source of carbs where's rice and pasta is less better for an example...we have to much omega 6 in our diet, and omega 3 is lacking, therefore it creates an inflammation process in our body's...try to have more sea-food in youre diet...

You’re question is good i can't really answer it...try asking this question too immortalhair on regrowth.com he might have the answer for this...
