Hey I've started doing headstands just for the hell of it but I have some questions. I use a pillow then flip myself over so my back is against a wall for some support. Is it ok if my head is touching the ground/pillow on the floor? Or do I have to push myself up a bit higher so my head is above the floor? Also how long should I be hanging upside down? Any help will be great, thanks! |

I understand that Pete. But I was looking to do headstands to help blood flow reach my scalp. Anyone out there do headstands? |

By increasing bloodflow first you may actually increase DHT to the site. |

Thanks for the laugh guys...if you really want a trip, try taking about 200mgs of niacin. You'll get blood flow alright. You'll get a skin flush you'll never forget! |
