Hey I've started doing headstands just for the hell of it but I have some questions. I use a pillow then flip myself over so my back is against a wall for some support. Is it ok if my head is touching the ground/pillow on the floor? Or do I have to push myself up a bit higher so my head is above the floor? Also how long should I be hanging upside down? Any help will be great, thanks!

Its best to start reducing DHT first.

By increasing bloodflow first you may actually increase DHT to the site.

Thanks for the laugh guys...if you really want a trip, try taking about 200mgs of niacin. You'll get blood flow alright. You'll get a skin flush you'll never forget!
