Hello, I've been doing the SE for about three or so months now. I've been reading more on it and it seems you have to raise your eye brows? Now when I do it, I don't raise them. Yet, I can still move my scalp. My recession is mainly in the temples and when I do this version of it, I can contract that area back and feel a pull on it. I've always been able to do this since I was a kid. I always thought I was moving my ears but I was really moving my scalp, I guess. Now, my eyebrows do go slightly up when I do it but not very much. I can feel the muscles in the back of my head contract and the top of my head does feel pressure. Is this just the basic exercise or, is mine very different? |

Contracting the frontalis muscle is the easiest part of the exercise. Why omit it? |
