Hey guys, been using the scalp exercises for 2 months now - no results yet but I wasn't expecting them for at least 8 months. Here's a little trick I figured out one day when my ears were popping as I did the exercise. If you put your index finger in each ear and hold it in place (lightly pressing towards your face), you'll isolate the muscles behind your ear better. This produces a better 'burn' for me, which I interpret as more bloodflow - which is what we all want I'm guessing. Enjoy, Jason |

Good suggestion. I just tried it. You guys with "popping ears" check for hardened ear wax. If your ear canal is clogged up with ear wax you will definitely feel a pop when you do the SE. |

But you don't necessarily need to feel the burn for this to work right? It's all about scalp health, not necessarily how strong you get those muscles right? |
