Hey guys. Im 18 and noticed im starting to go thin on top. When I wake up I seen hair on my pillow and when I take a shower theres hair all over the drain. Me losing my hair and thining is really lowered my self- esteem. Im gonna try procerin. I have alot of hair and its still growing. So do you guys think this would help to start using it now instead of waiting? Also does it keep your hair from falling out forver and keeping what you have? Thanks.

Chris,

Why do you think that Procerin will help with hairloss?

Procerin is crap, it'll just make you shed, trust me on this one. They have you OD'ing on saw palmetto with that stuff. Somethin like 1500 mg a day! Max recommended dose is like 300 mg a day. Saw palmetto is very powerful and can really F up your horomones.

lots of SE's.......healthy healthy diet.....no processed crap, no pork, hardly any sugar.....the list goes on, check out Eric's diet if u really want to stick to a good one.......take Tom's recommended supplements.....excercise daily.......think positively......thats it!!! No drugs.......that crap is B A D for you. They didnt start up the D.A.R.E. program for nothing. Finasteride should be the worst drug on their list. Trust me on this one.

From users who have been using it they tell me they were able to keep the hair they had and were able to grow a little bit more. All I want to do is keep and maintain the hair I have now. What would you guys suggest?

Chris,

A balanced nutrition and the SE are "costless" additions to your anti-MPB weaponry. In case your quest for healthy hair has just started, there are billions of products out there that claim to grow hair.

You are young(a huge plus), your body can "mend" itself rapidly. My recommendation would be to have a doctor examine you, start eating healthy, do the SE and excersise. Wait for a while and see what happens. If it is MPB I would scale my line of defence and not jump on drugs right away at that age.

The SE is Tom Hagerty's Scalp Exercise.
Haven't you read through the pages of www.hairloss-reversible.com ? On "My Approach" you will find details on how the SE might work and how you can perform it.

MPB: Male Pattern Baldness. A tricky adversary.

Don't be afraid of asking questions no matter how dumb they may sound. But if losing hair really concerns you(and obviously it does)it would be good to do some reading(this site is an excellent and unbiased information source). It will help you understand and therefore choose your way of action effectively.

cheers :-)

Hey thanks man. Yeah it really does bother me alot. I would be more confident if I knew I was going to have my hair the rest of my life. Anyways, I think it was Tom who said this or someone else from this forum about Hair vitamins and Horsetrail I believe. Anyone know where I can find these products? I tried looking on GNC.com but nothing turned up. Thanks.
