Hi,

I've been doing SE for two months and I don't think there is any effect. Surely it's too short at all. I notice that my hairs get oilier with SE, maybe just because it's getting warmer or I'm sweating. I will try to report my process every month, positive or negative.

best regards

Puff:

Adjacent to every hair follicle is one or more sebaceous glands. When you are exercising your scalp vigorously, oil or sebum is squeezed out of these glands. There is nothing wrong with this.

When you do distance running, you'll see oil on your skin too. When muscles are working, the adjacent skin secretes more oil. It's a natural occurence.

if you think a new "success rate" thread is due, then start one. We can't keep responding every time someone asks us for our stories on any old ambiguous thread that most of us won't even read anyway.
