Hi, I have to shampoo daily, because in the morning my hair looks very thin and I see bald spots. Then as soon as I wash it, it looks healthy again. I'm just using Head and Shoulders. Anyone else experience this? Anyone have any advice? Also, I'm in France at the moment, anyone happen to know what Cod Liver Oil, Brewer's Yeast and Flaxseed oil are in french? Thanks |

cod liver oil - huile de foie de morue brewer's yeast - levure de brasseur, flaxseed oil - huile de semence d'oeillette If the woman in the Paris health food store slaps you in the face, ne me blāmez pas. You shampoo with Head and Shoulders every day? You must have a tough scalp to withstand those harsh chemicals. |

Tom, is there anything you don't know? So what should I be doing instead of H&S every day? My hair loss is mostly diffuse, with a bit more loss in the front. Started abruptly 6 months ago. |

IMHO, you should get some sort of shampoo that has SOD, NO, or an equivilant hair stimulant. Although this won't be nearly enough to save your hair. I've read many contradicting reports on head and shoulders. Also, I think Nizoral is vital to any hair regimen, just make sure you use some conditioner because it dries your hair out. I have to shampoo daily as well and have no problems. |

I also Shampoo daily because when I wake up in the morning my scalp is oily and hair looks very weak and thin. I use Vive for Men Daily Thinkening w/ Regenium-XY and it works great. |
